I had no major complaints until I turned in my notice to leave. Be forewarned that they will try their best to stick you for as much money as possible. My best advice is carefully read your lease, and quote it back to them when they try to force you to pay for extra things (like carpet steam cleaning). Leave the place in good condition, and refuse to pay all the extras they attempt to add. Refuse for the same reasons when the collection agency sends you a letter, and you'll never hear from them again. They try to intimidate you into paying by sending it for collection, but they know it will never hold up in court so they drop it after demand to see where the lease requires all the extras.
