They'll try to attach any fee or cost they possibly can when you leave. They tried to charge us for "pro-rated" carpeting. Needless to say we didn't pay it. The carpeting was crap when we got there and was not even close to new. When you don't pay their rediculous requests, they'll put it on your credit report. I'm happy as hell to be out of there. What a scam! I hope they get taken to court. I'd do it myself if I still lived in Arizona. I've never been so sick as what I was when I lived in one of their townhouses. It's no surprise though. The sewage backed up whenever it rained hard. It's really nice to have your neighbors feces coming up inh the tub and all over your bathroom floor. Don't ask them to clean it up though. They won't be there for ya. STAY AWAY!

same thing happend to me - they charged $175 when i moved out for absurd things that in fact they were supposed to fix but didn't, like broken blinds. and not only that, but when i moved in, I paid a 75 non refundable fee for "redecorating" and wear and tear, that was supposed to cover things for moving out- then they charged me for the same things. i tried not to pay, and it's now on my credit report- been there for 4 years. ended up paying anyway, sinc i had left town and family emergencies kept me from nailing their ass.s till on my credit report. they were oblivious to noisy neighbor complaints too.
