I had the opportunity to rent a unit here from a condo owner. I lived there for about 8 months. The apartments are gorgeous and and the views are stellar. The location is far from most comercial areas so there is a high likelyhood that you've got to commute to work but it is located right next to a gorgeous dog path and jogging distance to Sabino Canyon which is an amazing place to walk on summer evenings. You also get a lot of desert wildlife coming onto the property, so during the monsoon you can see frogs bunnies and lizards. But I never saw any dangerous wildlife like cyotes.
The gates always work and are safe. The other residents were very friendly mostly middle age folks. The condos themselves are in very nice condition, the only problem I ever detected was a little bit of squeaky floors. This was minimal compared to other places I have lived.
Overall I would say this complex was the nicest place I have ever lived and I was very sad to leave.

we are moving from a state to az, and what we read on the reviews for, Vista Vantan Complex, we will not be intrested at all, living here!!!!!what you have to say has to be so false, and i wouldn't belive this review if i was starving for talent. You looked at the WRONG reviews! I live here....OH, and it's called Ventana Vista Condominiums, NOT Vista Vantan complex. I moved here in Oct. 08, I'm in my 30's and I absolutely LOVE it here! I completely agree with the excellent review above. You must've either looked at the reviews for the wrong place or when these USED to be apartments years back. Too bad for you, Good for the residents, we don't need negative residents living in such a beautiful and peaceful place! And u should learn to spell correctly. Whatever ur name is.
