Where do I begin'!

1.)ABSOLUTELY INFESTED with ants. The exterminator comes and leaves toxic powder on your kitchen counter tops! This doesn't alleviate the problem AT ALL. The ants come marching right back 3 days later.

2.)My cabinets were hanging off of the HINGES after 2 months. Maintenance pranced in whenever they pleased, even though my lease clearly stated they must have permission. Drawers were falling right out in the kitchen, injuring my legs. Eventually my fiance had to come make the repairs. My sliding glass door was broken and NEVER fixed.

3.)Management will smile in your face, and tack on phantom charges behind your back. When I moved out, I had Bill Collectors Stuart Allan & Associates hounding me about $350.00! This wasn't even remotely pointed out to me when they done their walkthrough upon my moving out.

4.)Dog crap EVERYWHERE outside.

5.) There are no lights in the living room or bedrooms. You must buy plenty of lamps. The only lighting provided is a ridiculous "chandelier" in the dining hole, some lights in the kitchen, and unnecessarily bright, ungodly, floodlights in the bathroom.


6.)The entrance hallway to your front door constantly smells like dogs or cats in heat.

This place is not worth the nightmare. I can't understand how I endured it the 9 months of hell. Please, PLEASE, spare yourself. I regret my mistake to this day.
