Management's gotten a LOT better in the past two years. The parking is plentiful and lit. The grounds look nice, and they have pooper-scooper bags available. (The groundskeeper could pick up after the rude tennants who don't pick up after their pets.)

I've seen some of the issues former renters have complained about, but the recent mgmt changes seem to make every effort to make things fair and right. Some of my former neighbors, though, had no business entering into a rental contract since it was obvious they had no intention of following the rules.
