keep your kids away

This is a horrible place for kids. Long before this management team moved in, The View was a beautiful place to raise your family. Not any more. The kids aren't allowed to skateboard on the sidewalks, the tennis courts are locked, and management is threatening to lock the pool during non business hours.
Maintenance does the best they can with the budget management gives them. They have always been kind and professional with me. As far as the office staff goes. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. They talk about your finances in public, talk about other tenants in public, change policies and procedures without notice, and blame people for problems without investigating first. We can not go to the pool or playground with out a certain individual constantly watching us. During the "reconstruction", the electrician left wire clippings all throughout apartment. Guess who had to clean that up' The parking lot was resurfaced and everyone had to move their cars numerous amounts of time. How does management reward you for the inconvienance. They raise your rent 70 dollars a month, with no incentive to resign. However, if you are a new prospective tenant, you get up to 2 months free. Way to show loyalty people. I recomend looking around first. There are many other apartments that are newer, with more appliances for the same amount of money.
