I agree with the other person's comments. Joyce Sainz, the manager, is not only completely unprofessional; she refuses to help tenants get any repairs done. I am at the point where I will have to take these people to court. Additionally, I have witnessed her steal paint and cleaners out of the maintenance garage then taken them home for her house, meanwhile paying residents can't get their apartments fixed up or maintained.

When they damage your property through the crappy contractors they hire, they expect YOU as the tenant to take care of it and don't reimburse you forcing you to take them to court.

Corporate management is no good either. I have sent them many certified letters and they completely ignore it. This property is in a nice location with nice landscaping, but I would NEVER recommend them because of the incompetence and dishonesty of the management and the lack of getting repairs done. I have rented here 12 years and this management is the WORST!!
