We moved in to an apartment with "new" carpet that over the coarse of the year destroyed our vacuum. There must have been revolving doors on the neighboring apartments because people moved in and out every month. Maintenance staff was always slow in resolving issues, likely because the office staff often "misplaced" the work order. The manager, ----, is a rude -------. We have since moved out, have not received one piece of forwarded mail, and as a result are no facing collection charges for damages that we were never notified of. STAY AWAY.

You are totally correct, I moved out as well and it was because the neighbors on both sides had the police there every weekend. I am a foster parent and my kids were scared to death when the domestic violence started. It was like a southside temporary hotel there. The maintenance crew never got to our apartment and then they tried to hit us with a bill for the maintenance after we left. I can't think of a worse place to live on the east side!

you know when people get mad everthing is wrong. Ive lived here for 5yrs and no one is perfect you try doing there job!!!!!!!

I've lived here for about 2 years and you are right the manager is a jerk, and the office group are no help either. Don't bother calling the mgmt company as they don't care either. They only had once decent person in the office and he quit. We have started looking for a new place so we can move as soon as our lease is up. I've seen better maintaned apartments driving around the getto in Chicago.
