My wife and I have lived there 2 years. We moved because there was gun fire right outside our apartment winndow. So much for their Crime Free Adendum. Several times the police were called on the neighbors who turned out to both have warrents for drugs and domestic violence.The sewage backed up into our tub and our neighbor had the same problem. The mold in our apt. caused my wife to have severe asthma. There was also a crack on the bedroom ceiling and the 2nd bedroom wall was bulging. The satellite system got stolen by people they hired to install carpeting. We were never notified to evacuate when there was a fire in the upstairs apartment. We moved out before our lease was up and they had the nerve to keep our security deposit and pet deposit and still demand over 200 dollars which they will never ever get for me. There are better apartments to rent please dont rent here PS the so called laundry facilities are one washer and dryer at the end of each hallway and they were also broken into.

It is true: I was there when their apt got caught on fire. They have a crive free, which means if your are turned in 3 times in ONE month: you are evicted. After hours you have to call an answering service, whom says 'If you need sooner assistance: Call the police'
I left also; and they charged me an extra month, and my security, and my pet deposit which made it over 800.00 : I have been paying each month, and not once have they acknowledge any payment, or contacted me other than cashing my check. They are a scam-for-rent.........
