I can tell you from experience these positive ratings are a scam they ask you to write them to make themselves look great and all is good however when you do ask for maintenance it takes forever .. my lease was up and they evicted me i fell on hard times my bad however they then said i broke my lease and are charging me like 8000 and 3 months later they had not even cleaned my old apt so they can say they couldn' rent it but I took pictures 3 months after I left proving they didn't even attempt to rent it
