Manager, Maintenance Staff and Houskeeper are great.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 

The staff is very professional.

The grounds are well kept and the rent is reasonable.

The only negative aspects are flooded patios (drains are not working) and cars get stolen often.

In addition, electric bill has been higher than any other apartment I've had by $50 or more dollars.
