I chose this complex in the summer of '05 because i felt comfortable with the area. I searched tons of locations and something just captured me here. I had a poor experience living at this complex just this past february. It was no fault of the complex or the people themselves. Management gave me many options to ease my experience and help me continue my daily life. The end result was me moving to another property within the company.(that was what was real bad). After my lease was up there I moved back to Villa De Paz as quickly as possible. I never even considered another complex. Though the office is managed by only a single person she is amazing and efficiant at what she does. She remembers every resident's name and the stories and histories behind them. She really goes above and beyond here. And my needs and repairs are always met in a very timely manner. Without Penni(manager) this complex would not be half as good as it is currently. The apartments are small and have akward floor plans but they make for a very comfortable home. And a second floor with vaulted ceilings and sky lights make one feel like they are living quite rich. I love walking my dog with the baby here and sitting on the patio in the evenings. If you are looking for a cozy place to call home..this is it!
I hope it stays this way.
