Gangs have popped up even more here and roam complex in small groups, they are not very open and cordinate activity thru cell phones so when they notice something they will tighten up very fast.
most go over the wall behind the complex and over the wash when running from someone or the law enforcement that puts you last before coming here and do expect a long wait should you call them.
gang baby wantabes who dont live here hang around the play ground and tag up the laundry and the general area .
you can spot them looking in to cars during day and night to steal Items even if car is lock, security does show up but never at times that theif would occur like between hours of 11pm and 430 am.
person bringing in meth is a aryan brother hood member named billy mcdowell he was in prison & lives near oro valley he uses others as mules to bring in meth here.
gang members and crack users who dont get the regular dose at times resort to stealing plates off cars and sell the tags for vials of crack, they will smoke this in the apartments,alley and under bridge on golflinks in wash next to complex where ever you see DWP painted that is where the gangs are and drugs are smoked.
DWP is a teenager and runs around with a girl that might be his sister baggy clothes short black hair somewhat bushy and is white sister is white with hair in pony tail, males stealing cars or items out of car drives maroon colored saturn both are white, they are armed just as the boy DWP doing the tagging, the latino gangs are mostly younger and not all are members but associate with a member and is easy to spot them in and around apartments in and out all day long from one apartment weekends are easy to see as that is when they have money and sunday even its gone and stealing begins again for the week.
now this isnt just villa monterey apartments but several apartment complexs on the east side police bloogers wont report it but in the unpublic files there is considerable drug activity one even being a car theif ring that is after older cars like the monster type GTOs hot rods.
they will take these south of the border and central america and then to asia or europe.
between phoenix and here is area of operation gang activity is believed to be cordinated from ventanna canyon

they can easily catch these people if police were to setup under cover operation and if the apartment complex wanted to which they rely on others they could easily observe these people 24 hours a day 7 days a week and cost little money. they donot do background checks or proper screening much less any typ of credit check that is worth noting. this apartment complex can be secure and safe if they were to hire a proper security consultant to advise them what they could do. any one reading this should encourage the management and owners and if they dont listen start writting letters to news media and post on the internet and use names other than your own this will piss them off and expose them. you can go to law enforcement on the internet check for tucson police and look for reporting you can post report crimes online and this way there is no denying legally what goes on here or anyother place for that matter
