The office doesnt care about you. They will mislead you because they know they can. And they are RACIST. I was discriminated against for being white, yeah of course in my own country, but if you're from tucson you're used to a bunch of immigrits on a power trip. The office is full of mexican ladies that didn't care about me at all. They are all extremely unprofessional in the way they speak to you and treat you. If they know they can screw you on something, you better believe you're about to be SCREWED, no question. They are also prejudice against age. Young people should NOT rent here. You're apartment will already be poor when your settling in, let alone the entire time of the lease, and let me tell you how maitenance doesnt come fix anything broken. No customer service skills what so ever, they dont care about their tenants, and the renter will end up picking up all the slack from the office not EVER doing their job. Bunch of morons, and thats putting it mildly.
The crime there is ridiculous. There are cops there EVERY night. When I first moved in, there was one security guy that "used to be a cop". All he did was walk around and yell at the tenants. He didnt have one of his hands and he didnt prevent ANY crime that went on there. There was always some type of crime going on, theft and drugs were the most major issues. One night the swat team was there in the middle of the night. there were cop cars, firetrucks, many men walking around with rifles, over 50 people in authority looking for some random guy. They were there until the next night blocking most of the tenants cars in so they couldnt drive to work or whatever in the morning. THIS IS WHAT IT TOOK FOR THEM TO FINALLY GET SECURITY GUARDS. The security guards there are useless, they werent there when my apartment got broken into and vandalized.
BOTTOM LINE this is one of the most horrible apartment complexs Ive ever had to deal with, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Gangs, violence, theft, vandalizism, drugs, and homicide are just the FEW problems I've had to deal with living in that hole.

Wow, I just cannot believe what I am reading, I lived there from 1992-1998 and the office ladies were very nice there was the main Manager whom was white, as the assistant, and the main Manager lived in the complex, main side, where office was. Anyway, she didn't let nothing go by her, she was tough, but professional about it.
I was thinking that when I moved back to Tucson, from Indiana, that I was for sure moving back into this complex. However now I have changed my mind due to > "Gangs, violence, theft, vandalizism, drugs, and homicide are just the FEW problems I've had to deal with living in that hole. " as you put it. I loved living there, but not anymore, I loved getting up in the morning taking my coffee, and going to the beautiful pool, and sit there as the apartments outdoors maint. was beautiful. The grounds were upkept, the pool was sparkling, and after my coffee, I would jump in the pool, or if chilly, sit in the hot tub. I definately have 2nd thoughts now, I fell into this site by accident, and I sure am glad I did. Its so hard to believe that its turned into a hell hole from the sounds of it. Maybe they changed owners?? Who knows, but with all that going on and how much they want for rent to what I used to pay... geez.. no way. My dream of moving into my old apts. are gone now.
THANK YOU, FOR THE WARNINGS.

i agree with the first post. I lived there a few years ago and it was pretty bad. my car was broken into twice, there were always cops there. One time I was walking around the complex with a friend and was asked by a random person if I had some cocaine to sell him. the office ladies were extremely racist against white people. The staff they hired was terrible. They finally got security guards who actually ended up partying with the tennants instead of patroling. Things may have changed but from my experience, I would not reccommend living there.
