So what if its my first time renting, my first time renting should be the best time. some areas have disrespectful neighbors; there's people who wonder on your apartment property, yes even if you live upstairs. Very nosey neighbors. The day i moved in i knew it wasnt guna be good, a little boy downstairs from us came up while we were moving in and asked "where r u putting your bed? can i see" WTF? there IS a cockroach problem. I've only been here for 5 months, one more month to go and im outa here! When we first moved in our dishwasher was broken and our water heater and our AC and there's a leak in the back sink and a link in the front toilet. STILL! we called the office to have maintenance come up and fix a few things, *everytime they get a work order they(according to their boss) have to fufill the job within 48 hours. The Maintenance only came down ONCE to fix the AC and the Water heater and that was only because we called every day! No one cares. the office ladies are rude. as well as maintenance. we still have leaks and still our dishwasher is broken they have yet to come spray for roaches. it's horrible. horrible. oh and in the kitchen there's one drawer that about 5 inches wide that's it. two big cabinets and about 4 small ones. If you're lookin for space do not move here. also the walls are thin. thin thin. bottom line do not do it. thank god i chose a 6mo lease. DONT DO IT.
