I have lived here for a long time and I have seen managers come and go.

I mean no apartment complex is perfect, but that is still noooo excuse for the management here at Villa Pacifica to allow illegals to move here into the apartment complex.

The main manager is rude and non-responsive to complaints or concerns that residents may have concerning safety, noise, and the overall appearance of the property.

Just a week ago, I saw a bunch of trash in a pile just on the side of the apartment where there was graffiti, and one of the electrical boxes was open and exposed with all of the wiring out and open, I mean what would happen if an unsupervised 3 year old where to see that wiring and end up touching it out of curiosity and end up getting hurt,...I mean I am not wishing that on anyone but there needs to be more action instead of just sitting in their little offices, and ignoring the reality that they are not getting the job done! There are other electrical boxes that some kids or adults have been tampering with late at night, and when maintenance comes to cover up the graffiti or the electrical wires, it somehow mysteriously gets opened or has graffiti over it again! I advise anyone TO NOT MOVE INTO TO THIS PLACE, I DO NOT CARE HOW FINANCIAL DESPERATE YOU ARE, THIS IS NOT A GOOD AND SAFE ECONOMICAL CHOICE TO LIVE, YOU DESERVE BETTER, EVEN THE PROJECTS ARE NOT THIS BAD!(j/k)

P.S BUT WHEN YOU DO SEE THESE APARTMENTS KEEP DRIVING AND DON'T, REALLY, I MEAN DON'T LOOK BACK!
