Awful experiences! Do not come here!

We have had terrible experiences with this apartment complex. We have lived here for over a year and are counting down the remaining months of our lease. We will not renew!
Complaints and concerns go unheard by the unfriendly staff. We went three months without having our washer fixed after several maintenance reports were filed concerning it. Noisy and obnoxious kids run around unattended and unsupervised. Parking is terrible. Don't anticipate that your assigned covered parking will be anywhere near your apartment. The structures are poorly built and even more poorly maintaned.
On the outside it seems like a nice and reasonable neighborhood, but it is not what it appears to be. My husband and I were excited when we moved here, and now we would not recommend it to anyone.
