Staff is unfriendly. When you talk to them about something within the apartment that needs to be fixed they give you that look, like big deal, what else do you have to complain about. Noise level where I live is terrible, it sounds like there is a party going on somewhere close every Sunday night at about Midnight to 2am. I was told to be in my apartment on a certain day to let the maintenace guys in, and I was there; they were not. To this day the "documented" repairs have not been fixed, and it has been over a month with no word. They say one thing, but do another. If you are looking for an apartment, just read the reviews. The only positives are either a year or two old, and probably left by the staff for job security! There has got to be somewhere better in Tucson, keep looking.
