my lease is up in 2 months and I cannot WAIT to get outta here. The Staff is total MINORITY based, and show obvious preference to tenants that are black.
The staff is also seemingly incompentent, 7 out of the 10 months Ive been here, ive gotten late notices when in actuality, my rent was already paid IN full and ON TIME. My kitchen counter top literally MELTED first time I used the stove, and they have YET to repair it. I cannot use my burners on high because it will start to melt the counter. This property COULD probably be a decent one, if they got new and DIVERSIFIED staff. Im really not prejudiced, but this reverse prejudice treatment sucks.
