What a NIGHTMARE!

I have been living here for almost a year and it has been a huge nightmare! The office staff is rude and very unfriendly. They act like you're just an inconvenience when you go in there for anything. There are kids running around all over the place without any adult supervision and my car was hit with a pellet gun in the parking lot one night when some pre-teen boys were out there fooling around and hiding behind cars as they played with the pellet guns. Thank goodness I got out there before they did any noticable damage to my car! There was not a parent in sight to complain to! I'm not sure about other units, but the appliances in my apartment are old and sub-standard. I am constantly having trouble with my washer/dryer and maintenance NEVER comes by to respond to any of my complaints! The only time maintenance has EVER been into my apartment was to respond when my AC broke and they obviously only came by that time because there is legislation in Arizona regarding landlords and AC maintenance. I asked that someone come by and take a look at my refridgerator because the temperatures aren't constant and no one has come by. That was several weeks ago that I notified them about that. There is about 2 square feet of counter space in my apartment and little more cupboard space. I had to go get a microwave stand from Walmart just to have a place for my microwave because it literally would not fit anywhere on the countertop. The landscaping here is terrible and no one ever comes by to take care of it. There are pet droppings everywhere and no one enforces the rules regarding cleaning up after your pet. The walls and floors are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors all the time and I can hear my next door neighbors doing things I can't mention! The end of my lease is creeping up and I can't wait to get out of here!

The apartments are poorly built, and you can hear noise from all directions. The car doors slamming in the lot will rattle the windows of my apartment, literally. The kids run around when the weather is below 100 degrees, and I would see a toddler in her nightgown running around in the lot in front of the office at night with no parent around. Parents would stand and scream at the top of their lungs for their kids, instead of going to look for them, I would hear "AMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" shouted so loud it must have hurt the mans throat.
