I lived there for 6 months. Maintenance was a little slow, but always came to fix things. I never had a problem with the office staff, they even helped me prolong my lease without any extra charges. I thought the apartment was great, lots of room for a good price. I thought the neighbors were fine, never had any problems, not ghetto at all. I never heard my neighbors, and yes some people didn't pick up after their pets, but that happens everywhere. I moved to Virginia, and trust me you don't know what bad apartment living is like. I thought this was a very nice complex with a reasonable price. I loved all the windows and I had a full size washer and dryer.

No, I think it is a decent thing to do. I myself never had any problems either. Great Staff and only can do so much with what they are given.

You should have signed the non-resident, just pay us lease, and they would have extended that for you also. So when you are dead and gone, you will still have a place to live. I figured if they were to succeed in running me over in the lot in front of the office they could use the room they had in the leasing office to display my casket. If they did not do too much damage to my body they could have had an open casket and my neighbors or prospective tenants could stop over and take look, quite the vista that would be.
