where do i start.
my apt itself is acceptable. aside from being able to hear neighbors a bit too easily, and a minor infestation of ants constantly during warm weather months. I must say, I feel the office staff is incompetent. they failed to credit my prompt rent several times. it is near to impossible to have manager return your calls and she was always conveniently NOT THERE when i would phone. minor work requests going through the office staff were all too often lost. i found that if i caught maint man myself and relayed to him whatever problem, then i got almost immediate repairs. I lived in these apartments for 1.6 years.. the last 6 months purely because we were waiting for home to be built. personally i would have relocated after about first 3 months if i hadnt been tied into lease, and then closing on home. I read some comments about reverse discrimination, i havent had enough contact to say this is true for sure, but i do know the minority percentage has increased enormously in last year or so, often to tenants that apparently cannot actually afford the apts and have to move out 3 months after they move in. the grounds i think are decent enough. hot tubs were often broken. and one point that people may want to consider: it is located in outskirted area. very hard to find pizza/etc that will deliver. and all nearby stores roll up sidewalks by 9pm or earlier. its not a bad place by any means.. but for about same price i think one has choices.

I've had a terrible time dealing with the staff and maintenance so I will say that it is a bad place, and I agree with a lot of what you have said. I do agree that you can get something better for the price.

I can't say as to why I was treated so poorly but I can say that other tenants were supported in activity that I would call completely antisocial, obnoxious, and downright dangerous. Members of the office staff were rude, and violent. People would honk their horns, hack and spit in the lot, work on their cars, squeel their tires, all in front of the office during business hours and nothing was done. When I complained, I was threatened with arrest and eviction. There is not much more you can say.
