I have lived here for almost one year, and have had no problems with the office staff, or maintenance.Problems in my apartment are fixed in a timely manner, and they are friendly. They also have lots of resident activities, which is nice. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Not true in my experience. Another person claimed that if you treat everyone with respect, you will be treated in kind. This was not my experience either. I tiptoed around this place for months, and treated everyone with respect and courtesy and was repaid with violence, and abuse. I have the impression if you don't carry a pistol or a knife, you'll get no respect here. A former neighbor was shot at with a pellet gun while sitting on his porch by a passing car. Other neighbors would work on their cars in the lot at 3am, running an air compressor, talking loudly, slamming doors, honking their car horns, and yelling at each other at the top of their lungs.
