I have been a winter visitor to this place for 5 years now, and every year it gets better. The place was recently painted, and while this may be an inconvience (their done now) it is well worth it. The homes are huge, and very beautiful! The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. We will continue to come here. I wonder if people ever thought that if THEY treat people with respect, they will get it in return. We will continue to come here every 6 months for the next 5 years!!!

YOU MUST BE AN OLD PERSON, OR SOMEONE FROM THE STAFF. I DO BELIEVE SOME OF THE PEOPLE IN THERE ARE NICE, BUT OVERALL, THEY NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. I HARDLY EVER GO IN THERE AND TALK WITH THEM OR ASK FOR ANYTHING TO BE DONE TO OUR APARTMENT, BUT WHEN I DO, ITS ALWAYS SO MUCH TROUBLE TO GET ANY KIND OF HELP, AND THE STAFF THERE ARE SO RUDE. YOUR LUCKY THAT YOU HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE, BUT THERE ARE ONLY A FEW OUT THERE LIKE YOU!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

The people that moved next door to me were no doubt winter visitors, more like transients to me. I'll bet they just show up to make a mess and then jump into their $100,000.00 motor homes and go back to their $500,000.00 homes. Just because someone is pleasant, if they are still harming you, it does not make it any better. The staff is unprofessional, deceptive, and impossible to work with. I stopped going to the office when I began to realize someone from the office tried to run me over in the parking lot, was coming by the vacant unit next to mine to make noise, and they were giving me a hard time about everything. The verbal abuse, lies, and disrespect was one thing, when it got physical, and then they had the nerve to call the police on me, I started writing letters. Do not rent here, look elsewhere.
