I HIGHLY RECOMMEND people STAY AWAY from this place. I had lived there for 1.5 years and it has been the worst experience I've ever gone through. Basically, you have to keep up your end of the bargain (paying rent on time, etc), but they feel they don't have to keep thier end of the bargain...Which is keep the grounds maintain, have your apartment maintained (fixing appliances, repair, etc.), and give back the deposit once the lease is over, IF everything looks okay...WELL...they go through different landscapers every few months, so the ground is never kept. KEEP IN MIND..THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A LUXURIOUS APARTMENT HOME!! So the grounds looked liked the dump yard! I had put in an order to get my washer fixed over a year ago, they always called to let me know it was broken..BUT NEVER FIXED IT, I moved out with it still being broken. It leaked grease, so I spent my time and money having to clean it up all the time. You mention this to the Staff there..THEY DON"T CARE. They said they weren't there a year ago, so it's not there fault. WELL, why is it still not fixed' AND, when you take over from the previous management, ISN"T IT YOUR PROBLEM NOW'''!!! THEY DON'T BELIEVE A LEAKING ROOF OVER THE MASTER BEDROOM IS AN EMERGENY, OR MOLD IN THE CARPETS (from leaking washermachine). IT RIDICULOUS. We tried to sign a lease for a couple more months before we moved into a home, and a lady had worked something out with us...BUT SHE GOT FIRED and a new lease was never written. THen new management was suppose to right a lease.....WE NEVER ENDED UP WITH A LEASE> we just ended up leaving a few months later. YOU HAVE TO GIVE 60 DAY NOTICE before you vacant..EVEN IF THERE IS NO CONTRACT OR YOUR LEASE IS UP..we worked something out for a 30 day notice WITH MANAGEMENTS APPROVAL...AND APARTMENT WAS LEFT GOOD (THERE WORDS)..and a few days later, MANAGER CALLS TO LET US KNOW WE WILL NOT BE RECEIVING OUR DEPOSIT...DUE TO GETTING OUT EARLY! SHE WAS THE ONE TO APPROVE IT, and then she goes back on her word. WE HEARD HORROR STORIES BEFORE ABOUT HAVING TROUBLE GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND THEM HASSLING YOU WHEN YOU TRY AND LEAVE....BUT IT IS ALL TRUE! It was a small amount..$150.00, thats it, but they wanted to complain about it! AFTER ALL THE TROUBLE WE WENT THROUGH WITH MAINTAINCE FOR OUR APARTMENT, THE GROUND, THEM MAKING PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP....THEY DID NOT WANT TO BUDGE.
IF YOU WANT TO TRY AND LIVE THERE...MY ADVISE.....BEWARE!!!!! TRY NOT TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN...AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO REPAIR ITEMS IN THE HOME....BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT!!!! THE MANAGEMENT THERE IS TERRIBLE...A FEW NICE PEOPLE, BUT THE MANAGER IS THE WORST OF ALL.......BEWARE....BEWARE!!!!!!

It seems you acually complain that the management MAKES you stick to what YOU SIGNED in a lease agreement, them expect them to kiss your butt because YOU broke your lease!!!!!!! Get over yourself. I have lived here for 4 years and she is the BEST manager they have ever had! Things are actually getting done. Next time you sign e new lease agreement, READ THE LEASE!!!!!
