I can't believe what I have gotten myself into. Ever since the new management came, I have received eviction notices stating I have not paid my rent when I have, and notices that I have not renewed my lease when I did it the previous month. I also had money deducted from my credit card without any notice. Apparently there was a mix-up in the office and they "accidentally" deducted $400 for no apparent reason! They misplace my monthly rent in their computer system all the time so I have to go in and try to figure out who's account my money is in. It is rediculous. I also have to keep on top of the packages I receive because they sure as heck aren't going to let you know when you got one. It just sits in the office for forever. Oh, and not to mention that they close on random days without telling anyone and when you call the emergency number they don't know anything about why the office is closed. They also ALWAYS close earlier than the signs say they are going to close "because they are tired" or "it has been a long day". Oh, and the best one of all is that my roof is currently leaking - a huge hole in the roof above my living room and they haven't fixed it after two days of water seeping through. I asked what I am supposed to do tonight because it is supposed to shower and I was told by the manager to put a bucket under it and we'll get to it tomorrow. This place sucks and I'm sorry I signed a new lease with them.

I suppose if the police don't make it by to save you from the band of thugs, or even if they are late in cleaning up your body and the blood, you can rest assured that the peccories will finish you off and you won't have to worry about being in the way or causing a spectacle, even when you are gone. Given the fact you paid the rent and they served you an eviction notice, I would say that is a great chance to call them into court to see what became of it. I doubt they would do that though, they would just slap a lock on the door, or toss your possesions out in the trash. It seems to me if you would try to kill one of your tenants, lie to them, then expect them to pay you for it, you'd probably take the law into your own hands in an eviction process as well.
