I have read all the reviews, even the physcotic one from TERRY Jones who has some serious mental issues, and all of them have one thing in common, which is the fact, it was me, me, me..In any relationship it takes two. How can you complain about packages to the office staff, IT IS A COURTESY, not a right to accept your packages. And the change in landscapers would seem to me be an effort on managements part to make the place BETTER! I have lived here for 5 years, and I have seen many come and go. At first, I didn't like the manager, or office staff, but as I got to know them I realized it was ME who was not giving them a chance. So many people walk into that office cussing, screaming and acting like 2 year olds, and expect the office staff to stand there and take it. I HIGHLY doubt YOU have to put up with those things at your place of employment!!!! The maintenece staff tries real hard with the workload they have. You people complain of breaking your leases, then expect your deposit BACK. That boggles my mind.ow the property has sold once more, and will be very sad to see the manager go, because Prime Group has bought it as of May 31st, and from what I hear about them, you can definelty expect the worst. This past year was the best year us long term residents ever had here at Vistas!
