I have lived at Vista de Sierras, now called Coronado Village, for almost 4 years. This is the third owner since June 1. The grounds have gone down hill for a couple of years, but new ownership is trying to fix the problem that the last owner created.
The last two managements were really bad, for all kinds of reasons. Let's see what the new owners can do for us. I like my apt. and although nothing is perfect, it works for me. It is generally a quiet place to live with newly painted buildings. The maintenance guys have been here for many years and knows the tenants, which is always nice. Let's give the new owners a chance before we let the bad actions of prior owners continue.
