Absolutely TERRIBLE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   We had to see lawyers when we moved out because this place tried to hold us responsible for things WE REPORTED TO THEM as problems. After we met with a lawyer, it took forever just to get an appointment with the incompetent manager who conveniently went home sick minutes before our appointment! After many phone calls to supervisors, management companies, lawyers, and God only knows who else, it was all finally worked out and we got our way despite their trying to deny any culpability. It was a HUGE HASSLE! I'm not sure about the current company as I understand it has been sold, but my experience was enough for me to cringe every time I drive down Tanque Verde. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
