Love It Here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008   My husband and I are winter visitors from Michigan, and we have been coming to Coronado Villas for the past 7 years. I would not want to rent anywhere else. The past two years have been the best. A new managemement has recently come in, and I have seen nothing but improvements. They have put in a new fitness and business center, the pools are heated in the winter, which is why we visit Tucson. Also we got the option last year to have an upgraded apartment which is so nice, we have black appliances, a stainless microwave, wood floors, and beautiful ceiling fans. The ladies in the office are so lovely, they welcomed us with open arms, at first their were some maintenance issues with my apartment but were resolved in about two days. I strongly recommend Coronado Villas to all future renters.
