I hated everything about this place, the property itself is dirty patios are filthy disgusting! there are so many people in that little office everytime my husband and i went to pay rent we either we had a credit or owed money, apperently the girls dont fix our balances propertly. can they not afford to have some one pick up trash' trash would sit for days in our area by bbq grills and bushes. parking very limited, unless you only have one car and never get company than your fine otherwise good luck parking your vehicle. when we moved in my apartment was nasty, nothing was clean- dishes were even left behind!!! i found them in the dishwasher! the ceiling fan with an inch or 5 of dust! and who doesnt hate speedbumps'! i think i have to go theu 5 at least to get to my apt, ughhh!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, KEEP LOOKING!if the rent is cheap, theres a reason why!!!

Obviously this person must of got evicted because anyone in there right mind knows that that is the most beautiful apt complex inside and out. The maintenance is always prompt and on time and very professinal and the office staff are the most courteous and professional group of girls I met. Overall I had the best experience at this complex.

Sure and don't forget the free nudist show and the wild west shootouts. The rent was not cheap, I found them to be over priced at something like $800 plus water and utils. And don't forget stepping over all the dog dirt since this is a pet friendly place with a bunch of people who don't clean up after them. I doubt these folks got evicted, they likely ran away screaming.

I previously resided at this community, I broke my lease! it was the smatest thing I could have ever done. The girls in the office, in my opinion, are no good. Gina, the mgr, wouldnt give me the time or day after the worse customer service from the rest of the staff. the apt above me and accross from me were red tagged by Tucson Police Dept, but yet no given warnings from the managent - i know, i was friends with the residents. I paid $775 for my 3 bedroom, i was surprised when i moved out, only a roach infested community offered $7-800 3 bedroom apts. I couldnt recommend this apt. to any of my friends
