Getting MY money's worth!

I have lived here for a year and am re-newing my lease. I have a 700sq. ft. one bedroom with a great floor plan and the price can't be beat. I only spend between $25-$50 on my electric bill despite ALWAYS having the A/C or Heater on. Tell me that's not a great reason to live there! True to the name there are towering pines everywhere. Whispering Pines is pet friendly and the staff are very helpful. They are a little slow with the maintenance but they always get it done and then some. It seems that management is working very hard to improve the place. I've already gotten a few upgrades and will be getting a couple more with my lease renewal. I have free covered parking but I don't use it because there is plenty of well shaded parking available in the front. The residents are pretty friendly as a whole. On the down side: Yes, there is a bit of a drug problem that seems to be concentrated towards the back of the complex and I have seen several vehicles with broken windows. Security only shows up at 10pm to lock up the laundry room and then they leave because they have "many other complexes to check on." Over all, I'm very happy there and I feel safe. I have full coverage on my vehicle and I have renter's insurance, which ANYONE renting should have. No problem!
