Whispering Pines

This appartment was the worse appartment I have ever lived in. The construction is very poor. The stairs leading up to our appartment were slanted and felt as though they were barely hanging on. The floor inside our appartment had even spots in every room. The whole place should just be torn down. When we moved in we couldn't even open our sliding glass door because the walls had settled and shifted so much that the door didn't fit any more. The maintenence never did fix it. We had to sand and shave down the door ourselves.
But thats just the beggening. We got a bee infestation on our balconey and is took several phone calls before they called an exterminator. Our oven didn't work from the time we moved in. Again we had to call several times and it wasn't until they had to come for another isssue that they finally replaced it. And the worst part of it all, our air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer and of course, again, it took almost two weeks for them to fix it. It wasn't until after we had delt with the heat for three swealtering days before they finally put us up in an hotel.
Parking is suppose to be reserved or you will be towed. But when someone park in our spot for a coulpe of days we went to the office and were told that they had to see them parking there for 48 hours before towing. What's the point in that?
You can hear music form your neighbors all the time, so loud you can feel your own floor shaking. And not just late night partying, no it starts around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and goes through the night.
The land scaping around the property is bare minimum. No upkeep neccessary-I don't think I ever saw grounds keepers. No wait I take that back. If you live up front there is lots of grass and trees to make a good first impression. That's it. There are no barbeques around the property. I went 6 months without a grilled burger.
The place isn't even that cheep either. The huge size of the place did not make up for all we went through when we lived there. Don't be deceived!!!!
