The office people are nice, they are fast about maintenance... but there is bugs and roaches when i moved in and they still aren't gone even with the pest control coming twice a month. The stove is slanted and horrible for cooking. very little counter space. Very old faucets ( the bathroom faucet has mold on it that no cleaner could get off)the closet doors fall off when you try to move them they look to be from the 1960's. My neighbor pounds on the wall when I put on music at 5 pm, not even loud... and we can here everything EVERYTHING upstairs.
And if you rent here some lingo to be aware of:
New counter tops = sprayed with that paint stuff for counters.
New carpet = washed
