experience improved in quality from fair to excellent From: jrdoc7798 Date posted: 1/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I moved into Winterhaven about 18 months ago. My first lease was only 7 months, and in the middle of it, I had no intention of staying. But then a new staff took over, and the property changed dramatically. The office staff is considerate, responsive and genuinely concerned about my needs, and the maintenance person is very likable & helpful. The people who live here are really nice. I plan on staying as long as I am in Tucson & have referred both family and friends.
