Winterhaven Terrace Apartments

Awful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived in several apartments, and this was by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The grounds and apartments are nice, however, the staff alone would cause me to never allow anyone that I know reside there. The staff was far from professional. Also, the parking is a nightmare.
