Winterhaven Terrace Apartments

Great Place From: Melanie_M Date posted: 6/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have lived at Winterhaven Terrace for the past 4 years. I was appalled when I read the reviews below mine. I've had a wonderful experience here. I love having my own washer/dryer, its quiet, safe, the grounds are pretty nice,& a clean pool. I've had a good experience with the office staff. They have been courteous & friendly. They have always gone the extra mile for me and worked around my work schedule for maintenance! The only problems are having too many college kids, not enough parking, & and no gym. Recently there has been a new manager and staff. I liked the old staff, but the new people are good too. I was used to the same people in the office, but things change. Immediately we saw some changes with the new manager. Things were taken care fast and the right away. I really like my neighbors and this complex. I would recommend this place to anyone.
