Winterhaven Terrace Apartments

I think it's nice for an apartment... From: salinag@msn.com Date posted: 6/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have lived here for a few years while I am going to the U of A and haven't had any problems. Parking gets a little crowded, but I ride my bike to school, so it doesn't bother me much. I think the people in the office do the best they can and are nice. The lady before her was kinda short & to the point...the new one is very frindly. Yeah, my rent went up a little too, but so did my friends who rent apartments close to school. Thats just how it goes sometimes, even when I lived in other cities. Overall, I feel safe, no one bothers me and if I need something they are pretty quick to help me. In my opinion, its nicer than most of whats in this area.
