pretty good From: K_T_BEARS Date posted: 10/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We moved in after a very bad exp. at Toscana Cove (look at those reviews!!). The management was willing to work with us (a good choice as we always pay our rent early and in full) and we moved into a 1 bedroom the very next day. The complex is very quiet, lots of parking spaces, neighbors keep to themselves. Some parts of the complex don't have alot of lighting at night. Good for sleeping, not so good for walking at night. There's always plenty of washers and dryers available. The timeliness of the maintenance on the pool and hot tub could be better. Now, we've moved to another state. We moved early, but paid the rest of our lease and they had no problem with us vacating early. :) We also got our full deposit back in a timely manner. This is one complex I would highly recommend on the East Side.
