Decent for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I like this apartment community. My neighbors are friendly. There is plenty of parking and it's not too crammed unless you park in the back. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The only concerns I've had are that the complex seems to have quite a few problems with the water system and every couple of months, they shut the water off for repairs. It's never been a real nuisance since they usually do it while I am at work. The other thing is that they don't allow residents to put up any screening on their balconies. I can understand why they want to limit that, but I have a west facing apartment and during the summer, my apartment just bakes. I put up some nice, neutral screening in my balcony and it made a HUGE difference, cutting my electricity bill by almost 25%! Unfortunately, the property management forced me to take it down. Other than those minor things, I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
