= Great Complex = From: pencent4@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived in many apartments and this is by far the best. I've lived here about a year and had to move to relocate. It's quiet, clean, and fairly priced. The management staff are good and there are rarely problems. There have been several water problems but I believe that's finally fixed. The staff are curteous and attentive. The pool is clean and usually not even used. There are no loud college kids pumping out noise at 1 am and no crime problems that I'm aware of. There's always a parking space available for you as well as a guest at any time. It's about a 8 to 10 mile drive to HWY10, a Fry's food store and video stores around the corner.
