Management is horrible. They take no action against loud disturbing neighbors even whe the police are called. They are unresponsive and rude. If you value your sleep and your possessions Woodridge is not the place for you. The management has "lost" several of my packages delievered to the office and the landscaping is often dead. YOu cannot store anythign in kitchen cabinets as the cheap wood on the drawers often rubs off onto dishes and pans. They are extremely slow to replace anything, took them two weeks to replace my fridge and they my fence has been falling apart since day one with absoulty no repair. Last night was the 7th late night disturbance in 6 months from one neighbor with no action taken by the staff, if you do move in make sure you have enough money to hire a lawyer, you will need it.

the apartment complex is not bad at all, they just recently replaced fences on some apartments and working on them one at a time, they have also told me there replacing all wood fences, and they have started. the plants arent dead, its just some residents dont clean up after there dogs. maintenance is awesome, they TRY to get the job done as soon as possible, but theres alot of tenants that need there help too so i understand. I give them kudos for a job well done!!!!!!!!!
