I moved here in August and I didn't have any problems until my car was broken into in October inside the gated parking lot in broad daylight. A couple weeks later a drug dealer was arrested in my building and the SWAT team was here. I haven't felt safe here ever since. I can tell when my neighbors are getting busy in the middle of the night but other than that it's pretty quiet. There are nice people who live here but this part of town is not the best. I haven't had any troubles with the office staff and they seem to document everything pretty well. All of my maintenance requests were filled in a reasonable amount of time. It's not the worst place to live and it would be hard to find ANY apartment community in Tucson without problems. This one at least seems to be managed well, at least in my experience.
