Listen to the reviews that tell you to turn away, they're right! I'm looking at the two reviews and wondering to myself how coincidently both people lived in the complex for 3 years and shortly sum up the same idiotic "spiel" the management gives. I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life! They are horrible at scheduling appointments (had to reschedule SIX TIMES for one appointment), managing their employees (there are new employees in the office every two weeks) and most importantly knowing how to respectfully treat residents.

There's not much more that can be said about the roach problem, except that it definitely exists and is definitely a huge problem. My apartment has been sprayed multiple times (weeks in a row) and the roaches keep coming. While it may be due to the fact I have messy neighbors it still speaks to the fact this place is a diseased mess! I can hear all of my neighbors around me. From music playing, television watching, to their sexual rendezvous it never stops. Like the previous comment stated, I too can hear my upstairs neighbor and follow their movements to the tee with all the creaking.

There's not too much good that can be said about this place. If anything, they do a decent job at up-keeping the grounds (trees trimmed and grass mowed). You just might have to wait an eternity for their ONE maintenance man to make it to your apartment though if any problems occur.

Good luck with your apartment search! If I were you, I would look at a few other places first before being pressured to sign the lease here. Now that I'm stuck I'm just counting down the days until I can leave this hell hole.
