*high* crime, bad management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Located in an extremely high crime area (this can be verified by contacting Tucson PD), no security efforts made by management, bicycles stolen and cars broken into on a regular basis, slippery lease with no out-clause, overpriced for the conditions of the apartment and good luck getting the investment group that owns it to return any of your calls and expect a small amount of your deposit back with no explanation further than ?I don?t know why they took it.?
The investment group that owns the complex owns 16 other complexes in Tucson. To avoid nameing names, you can find these complexes by going to Zona Verde's website (zonaverdeapartments.com), on the bottom left of the page it has an icon that says the "managed by..." once you click on that you will get their page, where you can choose the state and then the city, which will list the 16 other apartments that you will most likely want to avoid.
