The apartments could be a lot worse by comparison to what else I've seen in town. However, the crime is bad - my car was broken into while I was there, along with three others in the same evening.

I did think that the repair service was dealt with in a timely fashion, however when I moved in neither of our bathrooms had been cleaned, even after I had repeatedly asked the management to take care of it. They were only cleaned up when I broke down and did it myself; and this wasn't just usage dirt - I was removing paint from the wall and the tub because it was peeling up.

This place is definitely a lemon.
