Zona Verde's management has made great improvements to this community. Zona Verde is conveniently located 2 blocks from campus which eliminates the need for a parking pass. Any maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely matter and the maintenance staff has always let me know what they have done to fix the problem or what they will need to do. The office has helped me in many ways. They accept any packages that are being delivered to me and keep them secure in the leasing office, they handle any and all concerns that I have immediately. If the manager does not know the answer, he finds out from the appropriate people and gets back to me.

The manager has knocked on my door twice to check back with me to ensure that I was a satisfied resident. Also, he has stopped me while walking on the property to ask if we felt there were areas that could be improved on.

The grounds gives you the relaxing feeling of being away from the hustle of college life. The grounds are always kept up well and rarely do I see things that need to be fixed.

Everyone that lives here seems to meet one another so you feel like you are surrounded by your friends at all times, which is a comfort.

Zona Verde is highly reccomended by me!!
