Zona Verde at the University

Best student living around the UofA From: Wildcat_at_verde Date posted: 8/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I am not sure why I keep reading about how unsafe Zona Verde apartments are. It is an extremely safe neighborhood. This is comming from the Tucson Police Department report. Two or three years ago, it was not but it has changed!!! There is parking for everyone if you have permit. Everybody that lives here can get a permit. Guest parking is available if they get a guest permit. The parking lots are patrolled by a towing company, so they are secure!! There are some people who make noise late at night, but they have always gotten warned if there was complaints and the problem was handled great by the manager. The manager is new, but it is obvious that he cared deeply that his residents are happy. Anything that I have asked him for, he has gotten me and worked hard to make sure everyone is happy. The courtyards are beautiful and the many sitting areas are great for study groups. There seems to be more serious students living here these days and less of the party animals. If you want all the anemnities of being on a student property but none of the worries of your apartment needs than this is the place to live!
