Zona Verde at the University

don't move in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The place is full of partying undergrads that have no respect for others. There is no point in calling "security" because they do not show up so the partying continues well into the wee hours of the morning. This is supposed to be a "serious student residence" (at least that was what I was told), well - IT IS NOT! The beer bottles are anywhere you want to find them. Kids even ask you to buy them beer. The public laundry facilities are an awful mess. The apartment and the management are definitely not worth the high rent. The lease is also entirely one-sided. Do not move to this complex, stay away if you are serious about studying. The parking is also a real issue, there are not enough stalls. The only positive is the proxmity to University, but given all the negatives, on balance, I would never rent at Zona Verde again.
