I have had a terrible time trying to get in touch with someone at my apartment. their office hours are for s***. you call and no one EVER answers the phone. send an email and you NEVER get a response. I had lost my wallet on the grounds and tried to contact someone there in case it turned up... still waiting to hear back from them. very very poor management...apartment itself is fine as long as you don't need any help from the complex for anything.
